The most important stage for any renovation involves creating a thorough design plan and accurate budget.  Whether you are bringing a strong plan to the table or just have a general palette in mind for the area we can tailor the first stage based on your needs.

If you have a design plan already and are clear on the final look you are after we can discuss your budget and have you moving onto selecting your fixtures and finishes smoothly.

Alternatively, our interior design partners Motivo Design Studio can play an important role in this stage to ensure your ideas and budget are adhered to in a stylish and workable design plan.  Their service package includes:

• A Custom Design – taking into account your individual needs and space available for an ergonomically sound environment.  All floor and wall tiling selections, plumbing selections and finishes including benches, door and drawer fronts, up stand, overhead cupboards, kicks, door hardware and splash-backs will be provided in a detailed PDF finishes schedule.
• 3D Model – providing a full preliminary 3D model with several images of the designed space with the selected finishes for your review and approval.
• Working Drawings Documentation – a full set of plans and elevations for the designed space with the selected finishes locations and cabinet design details.
• Meetings – guiding you through the process with 2 rounds of meetings and 2 rounds of drawing mark-ups.
